With profound research and advice, Profundo aims to make a practical contribution to sustainability and social justice. Our work mainly focuses on international commodity chains, the financial sector, public policies, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Our international client and donor base includes civil society organizations (CSOs), trade unions, research institutes and government institutions, as well as philanthropic foundations.

Working at Profundo means joining a multi-disciplinary team of over 20 professionals with different cultural backgrounds from 12 different countries. All colleagues are highly motivated to work on social change. Their various backgrounds contribute to profound and comprehensive research results and recommendations for our clients. We have a horizontal organizational structure allowing everybody to bring in ideas and to be involved in the development of our organisation.
