Production and consumption of animal proteins in the Netherlands
Stockfarming is an important source of animal proteins. In this report we will point out how much meat, dairy and eggs are being produced in Holland in 6 sectors. Also we will compare how much is traded with other countries. Moreover, the report provides information about the industry for meat substitutes, the necessary amount of soy for cattle feed in the Netherlands and teh sustainability-effects of the different sectors.
