FSC and financial institutions
FSC Netherlands together with Profundo talks with financial institutions (banks, insurers and pension funds) about their possibilities to support the FSC-inititative. In May 2007 ING netherlands and pension fund PME decided to use only FSC-paper. Besides that PME uses FSC as a criteria for its investments in woods. Last November the Dutch governmental pensionfund ABP also decided to shift to FSC-paper totally from 2009 onwards.

Pension funds in a changed climate
This note, additional to the seminar Pension funds in a changed climate on may 28th 2010, discusses practical opportunities for pension funds to make an active climate policy. The possibilities to take climate change into account whitin assect classes investments are discussed first. Second, being a shareholder in many companies, pension funds can try to get recognition for a good sustainability policy in those companies. Furthermore, they can invest in companies, technologies and products that stop climate change.

Benchmark Pension Funds 2009
This third edition of the 'Benchmark responsible investment of Duthc pension funds' by the VBDO in cooperation with Profundo, surveyed solely pension funds and is focusing on the progress that pension funds have made during the three years the benchmark was carried out. The investment policy of 51 pension funds was researched upon three issues: policy, implementation and accountability.
